Steps to diagnose

• Is the date in Column A today's date? Postamatic publishes posts that have today's date and skips all the rest. If the date is in the past or future, the post will not be published. The solution is to update the post to today's date and try again.

• Are the UTM Tags present in Config Tab cells A8, A10, A12, A14, A16, A18?

• Are there any duplicate or suspended locations inside your Google My business account? Follow these steps.

• Postamatic will only post to locations that the current User has editor/manager/owner access in GMB.

  • Postamatic will Fail if the current user does not have access to the Locations in GMB.

  This usually happens when: - The current user trying to post for a location is a different user than the one who set up Postamatic in the sheet (and does not have access to the same locations as the original user). - The GMB location access for the current user has changed. - Someone else in your organization has access to the GMB Locations but you (the current user) does not.

• Has the structure of the Google Sheet changed?

  • Did you add any extra columns or rows to:
    • CONFIG Sheet?
    • GMB Posts Sheet?
    • GMB Locations Sheet?
    • Q + As Sheet?
    • Reviews Sheet?
  • Did you change the formatting of any columns?
    • DO NOT!
