The best way to get Free Support from us is to copy anything found on the Logs tab (which is hidden by default) and email it to noah@twooctobers.com.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Your Postamatic Sheet


2. Click on All Sheets

3. Click on Logs

4. Copy the last couple of rows from the logs Sheet


  1. Email what you copied in Step 4 to Noah@twooctobers.com and he’ll respond with a fix or a request to walk through the error.
