Steps to Diagnose

1. Is there a value in CONFIG sheet cell A3. No value in this cell means that there is not time set for the tool to run.
2. Are my Spreadsheet Settings set up for my timezone? See Spreadsheet Settings to check / Fix.
   1. if the spreadsheet was set to a different timezone than yours it would explain why it didn't run in the hour you set.
3. Did you turn on Daily Posting? If unsure, click Add-ons > Postamatic > Turn on Daily Posting.
4. Check the other TroubleShooting steps.
